Fair use policy

Snapdrop packages include upload and retention limits so every studio gets reliable service. Soft storage ceilings also apply to protect the platform from abuse.

Media retention
Guest photos and videos are kept for a fixed period starting from the event date you choose when creating the event (not the upload date). After the last day, files are automatically deleted from storage and guest links stop working.
What counts as an event?
Each event you create in your dashboard counts toward your package limit, whether or not uploads are currently open.
- Free: one event — you can delete it to start over on Free.
- Plus & Premium: one paid event slot that cannot be deleted. Upgrade to Studio for multiple concurrent events.
- Studio: unlimited events.

Free accepts photos only. Plus, Premium, and Studio accept photos and videos. See pricing for details.
Upload limits & storage
Free and Plus enforce a maximum number of approved uploads per event (80 and 500). Premium and Studio have unlimited uploads, with a soft storage ceiling for fair use. When a limit is reached, new uploads pause until you upgrade or remove media.
Digital wish book
Plus, Premium, and Studio include a digital wish book. Guests may optionally add a short message when uploading a photo; those entries appear in a shareable page-flip book. Free events do not include the wish book.
Premium printed QR cards
Premium includes 20 physical QR cards shipped in Cyprus only. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days after purchase. Address is collected at Stripe checkout (Cyprus addresses only).
Studio plan
Studio includes unlimited events and 1 TB soft storage under fair use. Abuse (automated scraping, reselling storage, or illegal content) may result in suspension per our terms.
